I’m a Retired US Army Warrant Officer with a serious Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (but then I’ve never known a Warrant Officer who didn’t have OCD) – drives my wife nuts.  I was raised by my Grandparents and spent much of my childhood working with my Grandfather in his Upholstery Shop.  He taught me there is no substitute for quality and getting in a hurry is the quickest way to mess something up.  I will give your order my complete attention and my goal is always your complete customer satisfaction.  All of my accessories must accomplish four things:  First, it must be functional and serve a purpose;  Second, it should protect the bike;  Third, it should be extremely durable and hassle free;  and Fourth, it should look great on your bike!  When you order your leather accessory from me, it will be made by me.  I don’t maintain an inventory and I don’t have or even want any employees (that’s my OCD talking).  Everything is made by hand, only by my hands and specifically for you and your bike.  

 

I only purchase my supplies from U.S. Suppliers and I purchase the best materials I can find.  Over the twenty-years I’ve been in business, I’ve changed suppliers many times, not because of price issues but because of quality issues.  I’m always looking for even better materials.  Quality leather and hardware are the most important ingredients.  Like the old saying goes “You can’t make a silk purse out of a Sow’s ear.”  To get a quality finished product, you have to invest in quality materials.  I don’t make accessories to last a few years, I make accessories that with just a little TLC, will last a lifetime.  I don’t want you to be my customer once, I want you to be my customer for as long as you ride and own motorcycles.

 

If you ever have a problem with one of my products, I want to know about it.  I have been told time and again by customers over the years that my Leather Accessories are “The best” and my “Customer Service is second to none” and that’s the way I want things to stay.  I’m not the most expensive and I’m not the least expensive but I believe you will agree that my products are the best.
